Just 20 minutes east of Melbourne CBD, this standalone venue is one of the brand's original flagship locations—an iconic OG site that set the standard for the group’s rapid expansion across Victoria.

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill venue role. You’ll take full operational control of a high-performing site, leading a team of 30+ staff with energy, purpose, and visible floor presence.

Beyond managing day-to-day trade, service execution, and store culture, you’ll drive local area marketing and have direct involvement in upcoming new site openings across Melbourne.

We're seeking leaders with 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager or Store Manager, ideally with a background in casual dining or QSR.
