Team Overview:
The Restaurant Marketing LATAM team drives growth by creating Marketing plans, tools, and processes to support Strategy and Commercial teams. You’ll work to boost restaurant exposure and execute data-driven Marketing campaigns. This dynamic team is passionate, fun, and focused on results. Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the local teams across different LATAM countries to grow their online delivery sales within our app, generating business growth and multiple opportunities for users and restaurants in the region.
  • Contributing to Marketing initiatives development & execution to communicate our restaurant selection to app users: conducting research (as needed), shaping consumer insights, briefing creative/media partners, crafting comms plans including Social Media, InApp and CRM communication, and establishing robust measurement plans.
  • Using internal data to find relevant insights that transform into effective marketing campaigns achieving business and marketing OKRs.
  • Remaining fully informed on market trends and marketing campaigns and implementing best practices reporting each marketing initiative and KPIs results.
  • Analyzing and optimizing campaigns regarding brand and growth results, crossing variables to make long term strategic decisions.
  • Assembling presentation decks and clearly communicating findings from initiatives to management.
  • Managing the day-to-day marketing activities, In App comms and reports.
  • Working closely with cross functional DiDi teams and act as POC for multiple areas in the organization to collaborate with them and contribute to the growth of the business
  • Working on special projects that will shape the future of food delivery for DiDi.
  • Working with a multicultural and international team.

Role Qualifications:

  • +3 years of experience in Marketing in B2C roles (Experience with commercial teams and B2B experience is a plus).
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
  • Effective time management and organization skills. Be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Data-Driven and analytical mindset: Ability to look at results, analyze data and evaluate initiatives to contribute in decision making with a relentless focus on results.
  • Consumer centric: Ability to prioritize consumer and market insights to support the different initiatives.
  • Creative: Ability to generate innovative approaches to address problems.
  • Resilient: Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast and motivated environment to solve issues with autonomy and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
