Job Description

The Restaurant Marketing Specialist – D1 will support the execution of Restaurant Marketing and initiatives across Division 1 (South). This support role will report directly to the Divisional Leader of Marketing and will drive the execution of the Restaurant Marketing Team’s traffic driving and brand building priorities including active community involvement and other local marketing initiatives. This office-based role will also support Customer Marketing Requests in addition to trade area level canvassing, and brand building efforts.

  • Support divisional marketing priorities inclusive of planning, trade area development, and marketing plan execution for a variety of key markets including scheduling fundraisers and Customer Relations (CRS)
  • Support all aspects of new market entry and restaurant openings through planning, canvassing, and execution in partnership with local Restaurant Marketing Team
  • Proactive outreach for Large Orders (Catering) in addition to supporting large orders requests with Regional Partners, post order follow-ups and influencer requests
  • Assist on reporting, KPI Tracking and validation tracking including supporting operations on successful campaign rollouts
  • Support competitive blunting and traffic driving efforts in Focus Markets
  • Monitor sales trends and local program results in emerging markets to best support the most impactful local marketing approach
  • Execution support of national brand and influencer activations as needed
  • Partner with Regional Leaders of Marketing on support of onboarding plans, partnership maximization and other special Restaurant level projects as needed
  • Partner with ALMS and RLMs to support brand building and traffic driving initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Desire for growth within Cane’s Marketing Team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Able to travel up to 30-40% and required to live within assigned area
  • Must reside in or near Dallas Metro as you will be supporting from the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
