ROLE SUMMARY: Delilah Miami is looking for a talented Restaurant Office Administrator  to support the day-to day operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. They are well organized, flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.     RESPONSIBILTIES: * Ensure all new hire onboarding is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This includes completing the new hire checklist and assigning uniforms. * Assist with terminations. * Assist in the preparation of weekly, quarterly, and annually scheduled reporting. * Schedule and coordinate meetings. * Screen and direct phone calls to the appropriate department. * Process incoming and outgoing mail. * Resolve administrative issues in a timely manner or report it to the GM to avoid escalation. * Maintain inventory of office supplies and order when running low. * Assist with the management of all electronics, POS system, computers, peripherals, cameras, sound systems, etc. * Prepare and send communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence. * Be at the venue for out of operation hours for vendor visits and communicate any info to management team. * Act as a liaison between corporate office and venue management for menu and payroll runs. * Participate in the BEO/events call and follow up on special requests. * Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.   REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of administrative support and/or restaurant administration experience. * High School diploma or associate degree. * Must possess a strong level of discretion and integrity to manage confidential information. * Must be Proficient in Microsoft Suite. * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to work well under limited supervision. * Open availability is preferred.   JOB DETAILS AND BENEFITS: * Full-time position. * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance with company contribution offered the first of the month after 60 days of employment. * Accrued PTO (Paid Time Off) * Generous Company Dining Discount
