Description

The Restaurant Office Supervisor is a key administrative leader responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of behind-the-scenes functions at the restaurant. This role supports the Senior Leadership Team by managing financial documentation, internal communication, and a variety of daily administrative tasks. The Restaurant Office Supervisor is expected to be highly organized, self-directed, and passionate about supporting both the team and the overall business.
This position takes place in the two restaurant offices and will report to all Support Senior Directors and the Operator. The Restaurant Office Supervisor can be a full-time or part-time position. Full-time would require you to work 15-20 hours in the restaurant per week assisting with Front of House store operations. Part-time would be all office work doing about 20-25 hours per week doing about 10am-3pm Monday-Friday (these hours can be flexible). Opportunities to lead a team of restaurant office supervisors. Need to be able to provide own transportation to the two stores on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or support roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn proprietary software systems
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities with limited supervision
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial tracking
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles, HR procedures, and clerical best practices
  • Provide own transportation to and from both restaurants
  • Capable of performing effectively in sitting, standing, and fast-paced work environments.
Responsibilities
  • Record & enter on all invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Monitor and respond to store email daily
  • Manage uniform ordering & nametags
  • Distribute and put away store mail and other deliveries
  • Answer the store phone when in the store
  • Create, manage, and distribute birthday cards, anniversary gifts, and dependability gifts
  • Support Senior Director and Directors with special projects and communications
  • Maintain office cleanliness
  • Handle customer opportunities by mailing free cards to guests
