JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
  • Previous supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
  • Experience in interviewing and training new staff members is a plus
  • Background in hotel or barista settings is advantageous but not required

  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions using the Micros POS system
  • Lead, train, and develop staff through effective team management and interviewing techniques
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and hospitality among staff
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and food handling practices to guarantee safety in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends in the food industry
