POSITION SUMMARY
The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for the leadership of the Andretti Indoor Karting & Games facility and team members on a daily basis including staffing, scheduling & training of hourly staff, cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, guest relations, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation, safety and security.
The Operations Manager will take ownership of a department (Arcade, F&B, Kitchen, Special Events, Track, Overall Facility) as well as run unit operations and work to create an environment that encourages ownership and accountability by Team Members.
