OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and optimizing operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Experience with inventory control and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant operations as well as fine dining experience is preferred.
  • Background in culinary arts or kitchen management is advantageous.
  • Ability to train staff effectively in both operational procedures and customer engagement techniques.
  • Experience in casual dining, banquet services, catering, or bar management is a plus.   • Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
