QUALIFICATIONS:

• A positive attitude and a passion for working with people.
• Ready to take initiative and lead by example.
• At least 18 years old with 2 years of leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

• Lead and energize the team during your shift to deliver an awesome customer experience.
• Coach and support crew members, ensuring everyone is set up for success and following Five Guys standards.
• Manage daily operations, from cash handling and inventory to maintaining a clean and safe restaurant.
