• Previous experience in a fast food or customer service role (1-2 years preferred).
• Must be 18 years or older and reliable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Lead and inspire your team with positive energy to create an amazing guest experience.
• Coach and train crew members on all cafe stations to ensure we meet brand standards.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory control and team scheduling, to hit cafe goals.
