• Answering phone calls
• Taking orders
• Customer service
• Bagging Takeout/Delivery Orders
• Dispatching Delivery drivers
• Cleaning and organizing
• Closing Procedures

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus
• Familiarity with the Toast POS system and order management is a bonus
• Ability to lift and carry orders (up to 40lbs)
