Reception Manager – Semi High-End Mediterranean Restaurant
We are seeking an experienced Reception Manager to join our team at a semi high-end mediterranean restaurant in west London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong hospitality experience who enjoys leading from the front and creating a smooth, welcoming guest experience to join our fun and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the reception/front desk area, ensuring guests receive a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage and coordinate group bookings, private dining, and special requests.
  • Liaise with the restaurant management team to ensure seamless service.
  • Train, lead, and support the host/reception team.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Senior Receptionist in a high-end or busy restaurant environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, particularly with reservations and group bookings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A professional, welcoming, and guest-focused approach.
  • Experience using booking systems eg Open Table, Design my night.
