JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and persuasive receptionist/host to be the face of our restaurant. You’ll welcome guests, manage reservations, and help create a fantastic dining experience.

• Warmly Greet guests with a smile and seat them efficiently
• Introduce the restaurant’s concept and menu highlights.
• Persuade walk-ins to dine with us by highlighting daily specials/promotions.
• Manage waitlists during busy periods and notify guests when tables are ready
• Answer phones, handle reservations (OpenTable/Dojo ), and confirm bookings.
• Keep the host station organised (menus, seating charts, etc.).
• Assist with light social media (e.g., replying to Instagram google messages about /specials).
• Work with servers/bussers to optimise seating flow.
• Support staff with light administrative tasks as needed.
• Working time at weekend
