We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservation Agent to join our team. SKILLS

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers professionally.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
• Familiarity with sales techniques to promote services effectively.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience with cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory.
