Domes Resorts, member of Marriott International, are now Hiring! We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Restaurant Reservation Agent for our 5* hotel, Domes of Elounda, an Autograph Collection Resort. at Elounda, Crete for the season 2026. Main Accountabilities: Handling of all the restaurant reservations Distributes the various administrational documents at the perspective outlets Participation in weekly F&B operational meetings Collaborates closely with the room service department Manages the hotel’s application regarding the F&B related requests Handling of complains aiming the maximization of guest satisfaction Qualifications: Professional experience in Front Office or customer - related jobs Good knowledge of computer systems Good knowledge in POS Systems Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset) Service and customer oriented Good communicator Responsible Proactive Our company offers: Competitive remuneration package Dynamic and highly professional environment Continuous learning and development opportunities Friendly work environment Domes Resorts is an equal opportunity employer, all applications will be treated in strict confidentiality.
