EXPERIENCE

Must have at least one year experience in F&B. Working knowledge of Aloha would be beneficial. All training will be completed on-site.

• Must adhere to Shell Island Handbook and Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide great customer service
• Must be strong in multitasking, able to server, bartend and expo
• Effective time management skills and ability to think under pressure and assisting restaurant manager
• Maintaining a positive attitude while displaying excellent resolution ability.
• Must have open availability, holidays, evenings and weekends are required
• Working with FOH and BOH staff to ensure food and drinks are delivered in a timely manner
• Perform other departmental tasks as needed
• Must have restaurant experience and be SERV SAFE Certified.
