Qualifications Sales & Events Manager (Restaurant / Catering / Private Dining) $50,000–$60,000 base + monthly commissions with potential earnings of $75,000–$90,000+ annually Nacho Daddy Nashville is looking for a Sales & Events Manager to grow our catering, private dining, and group sales business. We’re not just nachos and margaritas—we’re about unforgettable parties, community connections, and turning every guest into a raving fan. What You’ll Do Generate and manage event, catering, and private-party sales from inquiry to execution. Build partnerships with hotels, corporate planners, and local influencers. Create local marketing and sales campaigns that drive new business. Manage BEOs, contracts, and delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub). What You Bring 3+ years in hospitality, catering, or event sales (restaurant or hotel preferred). Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with systems like TripleSeat, OpenTable, R365, and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to hustle with Team Nacho.
