Restaurant Sales Manager - Hilton Tampa Downtown
is looking for their next Restaurant Sales Manager.
This upscale property boasts contemporary design with 520 upscale guestrooms and 30,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The hotels Executive Chef James King with 20 years of culinary expertise, lends to the hotels command of one of a kind Food & Beverage experiences in their 5 dining options. This role will also sell restaurant space at as the hotel’s are complexed.
Our ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in selling multiple restaurants and possess a background with an established network of clients
Shift Pattern: The position typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00am – 5:00pm. However, full availability including weekends and holidays - is required based on the hotel’s business needs and occupancy levels.
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour and commission.

• Generates group dining restaurant business for the hotels F&B outlets.
• Effectively utilizes restaurant meeting space
• Maximizes profitability
• Develops new markets
• Solicits business through outside sales calls
• Prepares proposals and Negotiates contracts
