JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall dining experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in the hospitality industry and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
• Clerical skills. Organizational skills. Oral communication skills. Customer/client orientation.
• Interact and occasionally have unsupervised contact with guests and/or colleagues
• Access and control to sensitive areas in the hotel premises, including Master Keys and/or guestrooms, Storage/Liquor Room, and secured file cabinets
• Represent the company with certain level of reputation and good character as well as exercise sound judgement

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Help with food service during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support catering events by setting up and breaking down dining areas as required.
• Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction.
