We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash accurately.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and upsell items to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service flow.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to ensure guest health and safety.
• Assist with hosting duties when necessary, providing excellent guest relations at all times.
