JOB SUMMARY:

Credit Valley is seeking positive, outgoing, team, and service-oriented individuals to provide a memorable club experience to members, their guests, and other event attendees.
Credit Valley is seeking a full-time and part-time Restaurant Servers to join the team.
As a Restaurant Server, you’re available to work weekdays and weekends, including select holidays. We can be flexible to ensure work-life balance.
As a Restaurant Server, you will serve food and beverages to members and their guests in our various dining areas including lounges, patios, dining rooms, and bars.
Experience is helpful but we welcome all candidates and will provide training for those seeking an opportunity in the hospitality industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Smart Serve certification is required.
  • Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends, including select holidays.
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to manage time and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards, in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Set tables at various dining areas, ensuring that all items used are clean and undamaged.
  • Utilize Jonas POS system to accurately enter and bill orders.
  • Ensure cleanliness of all dining areas.
  • Ensure adequate stock of supplies in all dining areas.
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items, weekly features, and specials.
  • Address and triage questions or concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and dress.
  • Report hazards to Food & Beverage leadership team.
  • Uphold Club Policies and report any violations to Food & Beverage leadership team.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team.
