Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

As a Server, you are the face of our restaurant and the primary connection between our guests and our kitchen. You will provide an exceptional dining experience through attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Your ability to communicate our menu, anticipate guest needs, and maintain a positive and professional attitude is key to our continued success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guest Experience: Provide outstanding and attentive service to all guests from greeting to farewell.
  • Menu Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to answer questions and make recommendations.
  • Order Accuracy: Accurately take and input orders using our POS system.
  • Upselling: Maximize sales through suggestive selling techniques.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized section, including resetting tables and assisting with side duties.
  • Compliance: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with fellow staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Cash Handling: Manage guest bills, process payments accurately, and follow all cash-out procedures.
