Description Iron Skillet Restaurant, located inside Kenly 95 Petro Travel Center, is hiring motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to join our full-service dining team. We are a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant serving travelers and local guests daily. If you have experience in food service, hospitality, or full-service restaurant serving, or you’re looking to start a career as a server, we provide training and growth opportunities. Requirements Restaurant Server Responsibilities Guest Service & Order Taking Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive customer service Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and drinks Deliver meals and beverages in a timely manner Process guest payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately Dining Room & Team Support Maintain a clean and organized dining room and server station Reset tables quickly and efficiently Complete side work including stocking supplies, refilling condiments, and cleaning Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, or Food Service Associate preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying trays Must be 18 years or older Weekend and holiday availability preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly wage + tips Flexible scheduling (morning, evening, weekend shifts available) Employee discounts across Kenly 95 Petro locations Opportunities for advancement into Lead Server or Management roles Supportive, team-oriented work environment Our Company is family-owned and operated since 1964!
