At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: * Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience. * Present menus, take accurate orders, and provide tailored recommendations. * Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to guest needs. * Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing requests and refilling beverages. * Respond knowledgeably to guest inquiries about menu items and dietary needs. * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. * Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization. * Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to management if needed. * Assist with opening and closing duties, including dining area setup and workstation cleaning. What You’ll Need: * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
