JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately processed and delivered.

SKILLS

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, with prior restaurant experience being a plus.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Familiarity with sanitation standards in a restaurant setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction during their dining experience.
