Our service staff are the curators of our guests’ impression at Jax, responsible for dispensing hospitality, knowledge and guiding our guests through the dining experience. Must be detail oriented and committed to steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing excellent communication skills and thriving in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Selfless hospitality is paramount to providing a remarkable guest experience and creating a positive environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be experts in food and wine service, be eager to learn, jump into any service role needed, cool under pressure and adaptable. Jax brings the coast to the coast-less. Servers - Here’s the Skinny: Full-Time or Part-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends) 2 Years Experience Sommelier and/or Cicerone Certification a plus Team Service Tip Pool Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
