Assist guests by providing detailed information about the menu and answering any questions. Take and accurately place orders in the system, ensuring clarity for kitchen staff. Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and with attention to detail. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate timely and accurate service. Support colleagues during busy shifts to enhance workflow and service quality. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Keep the dining area clean and organized, including clearing and resetting tables. Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a welcoming environment. Sales and Upselling: Encourage the sale of specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance guest experience. Inform guests about promotions and events that may interest them. Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or related hospitality environment is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and an outgoing personality. Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately. Strong focus on customer satisfaction with a proactive approach to service. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to remain on your feet for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service. Capacity to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
