Looking for candidates for both am and pm shifts and weekend availability is a must. Duties and Responsibilities: * Greet, seat, and assist guests with menu selections * Take and accurately relay orders to the kitchen * Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal * Use suggestive selling techniques for appetizers, desserts, and drinks * Address and resolve guest concerns promptly * Clear tables and reset for new guests * Process checks and payments accurately * Complete assigned side work and maintain a clean work area * Support team members to ensure smooth service   Minimum Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience/Skill Requirements: * Friendly, professional demeanor with a neat, well-groomed appearance Strong public relations skills and enjoyment in meeting guests * Ability to remain poised and handle difficult situations with tact * Calm under pressure and adaptable to varying work hours * Dependable, honest, and open to feedback and training * Knowledge of food, drinks, garnishes, and menu service times * Familiarity with table setups, condiments, and overall food & beverage operations HMC is an equal opportunity employer.
