We’re opening a new location in Lawrence, Kansas, and we’re building an exceptional management team to help us bring our passion for world-class BBQ and scratch-made, chef-inspired cuisine to even more guests. Pay is $6.00Hr + Tips As a Server at Q39 BBQ, you are the face of our hospitality. You’ll provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service that enhances the guest experience from start to finish. From menu guidance to table service, your goal is to create memorable moments that keep guests coming back. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism Take orders accurately and answer menu questions Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly Monitor guest needs and check in throughout their visit Handle payments and operate the POS system Work closely with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task Willingness to learn, take feedback, and support your team Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous serving experience strongly preferred
