JOB SUMMARY

The restaurant server will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment in ROMEOs Kitchen + Spirits and high customer service standards. Restaurant servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. At all times servers are making guests feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.

HARD SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-year experience in similar position
• General math knowledge
• Serving it Right certification
• Has a full knowledge of all food and beverage items produced and sold from ROMEOs
• Ensures presentation of all food meets and exceeds ROMEOs standards for freshness, appearance and consistency when running food
• Balance all cash and charges at the end of every shift and complete cash drops with supervisor in accordance to ROMEOs protocol
• Protects the establishment by adhering to strict policies on serving alcohol
• Must be committed to maintaining high customer service standards
• Completion of ROMEOs Kitchen + Spirits WorkSafe training
• On time for all shifts ready to work at scheduled times
