POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Server will work as a part of the Restaurant Operations team to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience during their visit to Social Thirty-One. The key responsibility of this role will be to undertake table service duties, ensuring all guests requests and needs are met and exceeded to influence genuine lifetime experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion or expected completion of high school education.
• Smart serve certification required.
• Previous food-serving experience is an asset.
• Reliable transportation required.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• High attention to detail.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• High-level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to upsell and drive additional restaurant revenue.
