JOB SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for greeting, preparing and serving food and beverages, delivering excellent customer service. You will also maintain a clean, organized restaurant and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal regulations at all times.

• Greet customers, take orders and provide recommendations based on preferences
• Process customer orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Knowledgeable of food and beverages menus, promote ongoing menu offerings
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work environment
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcoholic and non-alcoholic suppliesPerform and support daily restaurant operations
