Description Position Overview We’re looking for team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment. This combined position involves running food, bussing tables, tending bar, and providing exceptional guest service. You’ll work closely with other staff to ensure every guest leaves happy. Responsibilities Food Runner Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately. Assist with clearing and cleaning tables for the next guests. Support coworkers with guest needs and food orders as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization. Greet guests and provide a positive, welcoming experience. Ensure food quality and presentation meet Bistro standards. Restock service stations, utensils, and condiments as needed. Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, taps, and equipment. If 18 or older assist in the restock of beer, liquor, and bar supplies throughout the shift. Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to ensure a great guest experience. Follow all TIPS and Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) regulations for responsible service. Requirements Strong multitasking and communication skills. Positive attitude and a passion for teamwork. Prior restaurant, bar, or food service experience preferred, we will train the right candidates. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods. TIPS Certification (or willingness to obtain). Must be available to work evenings and weekends as part of regular scheduling requirements. Flexibility in scheduling is required due to dynamic event operations at Lovell Arena.
