Summary
The Lobby Restaurant and Lounge is located at the Pier Hotel at the Pier (North Vancouver) just steps away from Lonsdale Quay and the Seabus Terminal in North Vancouver Historic Shipyard.

Specific Duties and/or Job Responsibilities

• Support service team on floor and train new staff members
• Creates an exciting atmosphere in our establishment to encourage repeat business
• Focuses on growing revenues and maximizing financial performances of the department
• Monitors the performance of the restaurant and the quality against the competition
• Possesses a keen eye for efficient, fast and caring service
• Sets goals and expectations for restaurant team, using performance review process and holds staff accountable for successful performance.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years supervisory experience in a Hotel/Restaurant or related profession
• Must have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
• Knowledge of bar operations, wines and spirits
• Familiar with Micros POS computer terminals and Microsoft Office
• Possesses a Food Safe and Serving it Right Certificate
