Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay is seeking hourly restaurant Shift Leaders for our location in Holladay, Utah. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to help lead the team to success in a fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant environment, creating the “Ultimate Burger Experience” for our guests. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: ✔ Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. ✔ In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking for up to 8 hours. ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ✔ Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals. ✔ Exposure to temperatures less than 32 degrees Fahrenheit and more than 90 degrees Fahrenheit. ✔ Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. ✔ Must be at least 21 years old. EDUCATION: ✔ High School Diploma or equivalent desired. EXPERIENCE: ✔ 1+ year of work experience in a restaurant supervisory role or other supervisory role preferred. Responsibilities

The Shift Leader will assist the management team by supervising daily restaurant operations, focusing on product quality, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent guest service. Responsibilities also include utilizing the POS system, handling cash, and enforcing security and food safety standards.
