We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Your role will involve supervising staff, managing food preparation, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
  • Ability to manage a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment
  • Experience in interviewing and training staff is highly desirable
  • A course in food safety standards and regulations is essential
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
