STAFF MEMBER/ TILL OPERATOR

In-Store team member/till operator wanted for exciting opportunity at Fireaway Pizza Loughborough. Fireaway is an Authentic Italian Stonebaked Pizzeria with a modern twist and It’s one of the fastest growing Pizza brands in UK.

Responsibilities:

• Must be confident and fluent in English with good communication skills
• Operating till systems & problem-solving abilities
• Should be fast/active and quick learner
• Should have geographical knowledge to dispatch delivery orders
• Providing best customer service experience
• Should be presentable and bubbly character
• Should be able to follow dress/hair code guidelines
• Able to work with other people in a team or individually
• Assisting Pizza Chefs with food preparation, pizza making and toppings
• Serving customers, taking and preparing orders
• Checks quality of pizzas before they are served to customers or sent for delivery.
• Performs regular maintenance on kitchen equipment
• Working on all sections during busy periods.
• To be able to deal with all activities of the business in calm, sensitive and confidential manner
• All aspect of food preparation, from preparing the dough, sauces and vegetables for the toppings
• Ensure kitchen and cooking stations are sanitised and prepped with necessary tools to maintain high standard of food and hygiene
• Cleaning and hygiene management of customer seating, preparation, and storage area (FOH & BOH) accordingly to daily and weekly deep cleaning guidelines
• Should be confident and bold enough to represent the brand and be able to participate into marketing campaign, distributing menus and flyers to general public.
• Should be comfortable with daily/weekly/deep cleaning and washing up tasks. This involves any type cleaning and washing up or organising the store, ensuring everything is well-maintained and presentable at all times. You should conduct regular inspections of the store’s cleanliness and work with the team to address any issues that need attention

Experience Required:
Driving Licence (Preferred)
Presentable and bubbly character
Happy working in a fast-paced environment
Must have or be able to learn local geographical knowledge to dispatch deliveries
Fluent in English with good communication and customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner
Café, restaurant or catering experience preferable, however full training (including food hygiene course) will be provided to confident and quick learner candidates
