QUALIFICATIONS:

· Self-motivated leadership with eexcellent leadership skills and ability to work with teams.
· Interpersonal communication skills towards customers, staff members, higher level of managers, and government visitors.
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent attention to detail for purposes of erecting attractive marketing displays, arranging merchandise and maintaining store appearance.
· Ability to walk and stand for long hours.
· Outstanding sales abilities to sell items to customers.
· Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

EXPERIENCE:

· Have minimum of 2 years’ experience working in F&B business as a store manager
· Working in QSR business is an added advantage.

EDUCATION:

· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
· High school education or equivalent

Responsibilities

· Oversee staffs’ activities and handle the administrative and managerial duties of running the store and business.
· Supervise, train and assist the team in customer service, store hygiene maintenance and product promotions.
· Manage and maintain the weekly schedule for the team, and ensure the team is following the work schedule during the shift.
· Initiation ways to better promote the product line and service to the customers.
· Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales targets.
· Implement cross-training of staffs and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity at all times, and to provide outstanding customer service.
· Manage all controllable costs (e.g. food wastage, leftover…) with a view to maintaining profitability.
· Ensure the store remains clean, hygiene and presentable at all times.
· Provide good customer service and interact with customers who have an issue or need high-level support with their concerns with professional manner.
