Benefits: Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Position Overview Supporting a large QSR brand, the Restaurant Store Manager will oversee an existing or new location for a growing franchise. The ideal candidate will have experience in a quick-service restaurant setting and have excellent communication skills. Managers will work a 5½ day work week, pending the operational needs of their store. This may include weekends & holidays. Reliable transportation & flexible availability are required for this position. Responsibilities The Store Manager will establish a standard of excellence and continuously develop a team towards success. Manage the recruiting, hiring, and training of new crew members. Create sales programs to leverage business opportunities. Maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards. Analyze and forecast sales data and trends to best support business and staffing needs. Perform weekly and monthly administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, product ordering, and inventory counts. Qualifications The ideal person will have management and/or leadership experience working in quick-service restaurants. Ability to work in a fast-paced, service driven environment. This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs. Experience reading and understanding P&L statements at high level. Experience understanding and managing store and employee KPIs. Desire to grow and develop within the organization. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
