400 Gradi is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader to join our team!
This role is a casual or part-time role for hospitality professionals who want to build a long-term career with us by joining our busy, vibrant team at our Eastlands location.

This is a hands-on and leadership-focused position.
You’ll be responsible for supervising the front-of-house team, managing customer experience, assisting training, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Applicants must show strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude.
Italian cuisine knowledge is a plus, but full training will be provided.
