Restaurant Supervisor – Permanent Part-Time

400 Gradi Norwood is looking for experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join our Adelaide  restaurant on a permanent part-time basis.

Employment: Permanent part-time

Pay: Restaurant Industry Award Level 3 or Level 4—$27.97 to $29.45 per hour for adult employees, depending on the applicable classification, plus superannuation and penalty rates.

Location: 400 Gradi Norwood, Adelaide SA

The Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will help coordinate Front of House operations while remaining hands-on throughout service.

You will work closely with the Venue Manager, kitchen, bar and Front of House team to keep each shift running smoothly and maintain the service standards expected at 400 Gradi.

This role is suited to an experienced Supervisor, Shift Leader or senior Front of House team member who enjoys leading busy services, supporting the team and creating positive guest experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supporting Front of House team members during service

- Coordinating sections, duties and the flow of the restaurant

- Providing friendly and qualified guest service

- Training and guiding junior team members

- Responding to guest feedback and resolving service concerns

- Completing opening, closing and cash-handling duties

- Maintaining responsible service, food-safety and workplace standards
