Job Description As Restaurant Supervisor you will be supervising and delivering operations smoothly and efficiently while creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues. What You’ll Be Doing Taking full responsibility for the restaurant during your shift, allocating duties and ensuring seamless service delivery Monitoring, coaching and supporting team members to maintain exceptional performance standards Supporting with scheduling, sales initiatives, incentives and training within the outlet Leading by example in handling guest enquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and confidence Anticipating guest needs and remaining present and visible throughout service Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards Assisting with stock control and inventory management Upholding LQA and Fairmont brand standards at all times Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team as required Qualifications About You Experience within a Food & Beverage supervisory or senior team member role A natural leader who motivates and supports their team Strong communication skills and a guest-focused mindset Calm, organised and solutions-driven under pressure Passionate about delivering five-star service Eligible to work in the UK Your Development This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills and prepare for your next career step.
