We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining / bar areas.
  • Monitor financial performance.
  • Work with the marketing manager with campaigns and events.
