We are seeking customer-focused Restaurant Shift manager/Supervisor to join our iconic Heavenly Desserts store in the new High street Quarter in Hounslow High Street . The perfect candidate is someone who has a passion for all things food and beverage, and thrives off a bustling environment.

Job Summary and Mission:

  • Administrative duties including restaurant due diligence, stock control, ordering and opening / closing the restaurant.
  • Leading high performing team with great energy and enthusiasm
  • To provide high standards of service, to meet 5* expectations
  • To create the Heavenly Desserts experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a large team to create picture-perfect desserts and drinks from our extensive menu.
  • To uphold the Heavenly Desserts premium service experience consistently for all our guests.
  • Taking customer orders, serving customers and providing excellent customer service.
  • Upholding compliance towards all health and safety, food safety guidelines, following policies and procedures and maintaining a spotlessly clean working environment.
  • Must be available to work between the hours of 10:30am and 11:00pm and have access to reliable transportation to get to and from central York.
  • A minimum of one-year catering/food handling/customer service experience is preferred, however, training will be provided to the right candidates
  • Prepare, present & serve our desserts to the highest possible standard for each and every guest by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
  • Build relationships with fellow team members of respect and courteous, and be a proud ambassador of Heavenly Desserts.
  • Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks without prompting.
  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of Heavenly Desserts.
  • Anticipates guest and business needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
  • Communicate information to the Manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create a premium environment during each shift.
  • Presents oneself professionally, be well-groomed, ensure adherence to health and safety rules and quality store operations standards are met or exceeded.
