We’re a small but passionate team, and we’re looking for someone equally professional and personable to join us as a Front of House Supervisor.

As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be the face of Bobo’s, overseeing the smooth operation of the restaurant floor. You’ll lead by example, ensuring guests are welcomed with a smile, served with excellence, and leave with a positive experience. This is a hands-on role where your professionalism, leadership, and hospitality skills will shine, while helping to nurture a team that delivers fantastic service every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the front of house team, ensuring high standards of customer service and efficiency.
• Train, motivate, and inspire team members to uphold our high service standards.
• Manage daily operations, including greeting guests, overseeing seating arrangements, and ensuring the smooth flow of service.
• Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
• Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant, ensuring it’s always welcoming and on-brand.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
• Assist in managing bookings, ensuring the restaurant operates at optimal capacity.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat environment that makes Bobo’s a great place to work and dine.
