Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the resaturant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent hospitality and service
- Manage and train staff members
- Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
