Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll support the Front of House Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, exceptional food quality, and a welcoming environment. You’ll motivate the team, supervise operations, and help create a memorable dining experience for every guest. This is a fast paced hands on role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and support the front-of-house team during service, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Address customer queries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor food and drink quality to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Support stock management, ordering, and minimising waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and company policies.
