Buck’s Bar St Andrews are looking for Full Time & Part Time Supervisors to come join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a team player who is a natural leader that is hard working and organised. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to move up the ladder and into more senior roles. You will be responsible for the following:
-Bar stock control
-Stock ordering
-Beer line cleaning
-Bar/restaurant cleaning rotas
-Opening bar/restaurant
-Cash up and close down of bar/restaurant
-Help oversee the running of the restaurant/bar in the absence of GM & AGM
-Good customer service
-Help train new team members and current team members

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Extensive restaurant and culinary experience
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Bartending skills and familiarity with beverage service
  • Experience in food production and kitchen operations
  • Background in hospitality, including hotel or barista experience

SUMMARY

In the role of Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilize your supervisory and team management skills to lead staff effectively while maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality. Your culinary and bartending expertise will enhance the dining experience, while your leadership will foster a collaborative environment.
