Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the management team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and feedback Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for ordering supplies Support in achieving sales targets and controlling costs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Arabic speaker) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field Multilingual skills are an advantage What We Offer: Competitive salary package Career growth opportunities Supportive and dynamic work environment
