Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities * Supervise, lead, and motivate the front-of-house team, including waiting staff, hosts, and bar staff, to deliver outstanding service. * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from opening to closing. * Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and the overall flow of the dining room to optimise capacity and guest satisfaction. * Act as a point of contact for guest feedback, promptly and professionally resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience. * Assist in the training and development of new and existing team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menus, service standards, and procedures. * Uphold and enforce high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant, in compliance with all local regulations. * Support the Restaurant Manager with administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and daily sales reporting. * Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, targets, and important operational information to the team. Qualifications * Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. * Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. * A comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. * The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to excellence.
